2. Accuracy and reliance
Figures are sourced to federal statute (IRC § 2010, OBBBA 2025), IRS forms and publications, and state Departments of Revenue, with source years shown per jurisdiction. Where a state's full bracket table is not yet loaded, results are flagged as model estimates. We update figures at least annually and on statutory changes, but make no warranty as to completeness or currentness. You rely on this information at your own risk.
3. No attorney-client relationship
Using EstateFig does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship. Nothing on this site constitutes a solicitation or offer of professional services.
